This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations of travel experiences booked through the Yatraveda website (www.yatraveda.life). By booking a travel experience with us, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

  • More than 2 weeks before the travel date: You are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • 1 week before the travel date: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied. You will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
  • 6 days or less before the travel date: No cancellation is possible, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Processing Time Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 weeks of the cancellation date. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. How to Cancel To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible via. You may cancel by sending us an email at enquiries@yatraveda.life specifying CANCELLATION in the subject line. Please include your booking details in your cancellation request. Cancellation requests without the order details will not be entertained.

4. Non-Refundable Items Please note that certain components of your travel experience may be non-refundable, such as Govt permits or fees paid in advance to religious or spiritual authorities.

5. Modifications by Yatraveda Yatraveda reserves the right to modify or cancel a travel experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events). If we cancel a trip, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date, subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure If a travel experience is cancelled due to a force majeure event (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), our standard cancellation policy will not apply. We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or refunds, but this will be subject to the specific circumstances and the policies of our suppliers.

7. Other Terms This Cancellation Policy is part of and should be read in conjunction with our full Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
